 Deceive to Achieve!
Ubisoft announced that R.U.S.E., their latest RTS, is available as a demo for download on Steam for PC gamers. Demos will be available on Xbox 360 and Playstation3 as the launch date gets closer, next month. R.U.S.E. places you in command of the military, but promising one-of-a-kind play allowing players to ‘bluff’ their way to victory. Players will be in charge of using spy reports to gather information on their enemy, camouflaging their troops and buildings to hide them from attackers, and even planning false offensives to blindside your foes. Helping the player keep tabs on the battle is the IRISZOOM engine, which will seamlessly allow the player to view scenes on the battlefield and a bird’s-eye view of the map with smooth transitions in-between. Deceit shall be your weapon, the world your battlefield. Gear up, Soldier!

 Make Waves on Hydro Thunder
Been racing the waves in Hydro Thunder lately? Tired of all those same ol' boats zooming around? Vector Unit is giving fans the chance to change that! On Aug, 16th they announced a contest that lets fans and players submit their own ideas for custom boat skins to be used as part of an expansion set.
To enter, go to youtube and post a video of yourself yelling the name of the game like the announcer, "“Hydroooo Thunnnnderrrr HURRICAAANE!” (In case you need a reminder.) And then, just describe the boat skin of your dreams. (Be sure to say which model of boat you are describing with your entry.) No artisitic talent required!
What's in it for you? Two winners will not only get their ideas used in the game, but will also receive codes for the download pack to unlock their creations when it's released this fall. Winners will be chosen on August 23rd, so there's still plenty of time to get those videos made. ACTION!
